Kevin is a business leader with broad experience in operations and organizational leadership. Kevin has over 20 years experience in the financial and media industries and brings a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to his role. In his spare time Kevin can be found playing indoor and beach volleyball both recreationally and competitively.
Maddy Minaret, BA, RBT
Maddy is a Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT) whose passion is working with children. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Child Studies with a minor and a certificate in Psychology from Ryerson University.
Maddy is a very patient and caring person who finds children progressing and reaching their goals the most rewarding part of her day. She strives to create a positive relationship between the children and their sessions. She entered the field of applied behaviour analysis after developing a passion for working with children with autism and other exceptionalities during her work, and placement/volunteer positions.
She loves the smiles on children’s faces, especially after they have completed a task demonstrating their skills. Maddy is an advocate for the children she works with and helps them learn how to advocate for themselves.
In her spare time you can find her at the gym, going for runs, or relaxing with her dog at the cottage.

Our therapists have decades of collective experience in various capacities supporting children and youth with autism and other developmental disorders. They are committed to the journey of learning in the field of autism and Applied Behaviour Analysis, and through their diverse education and experience they bring a wealth of knowledge and passion to their work.
Clinical Supervision
Leigh S., MS., BCBA
Leigh Shortill provides clinical supervision services to the children we service and their families. She has been working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families since 2007.
Leigh earned her Bachelor of Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2007, Autism and Behavioural Science Graduate Certificate from George Brown College in 2008, and Masters of Science specializing in Applied Behaviour Analysis from St. Cloud State University in 2015.
Leigh is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA), and is qualified to supervise individuals pursuing their BCBA and BCaBA certification and to provide regular supervision to RBTs and BCaBAs.
TRAINING
All of our therapists have clear CRCs, VSCs, and First Aid/CPR. They have extensive training and experience, including ongoing training. Therapists have the opportunity for professional development as follows:
