Clinical Supervision
Leigh Shortill, MS., R.B.A. (ONT.), BCBA
Leigh consults with various programs throughout Ontario, providing clinical supervision services to children and their families. She has been working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families since 2007.
Leigh earned her Bachelor of Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2007, Autism and Behavioural Science Graduate Certificate from George Brown College in 2008, and Masters of Science specializing in Applied Behaviour Analysis from St. Cloud State University in 2015.
Leigh is a Behaviour Analyst registered with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario.
Kelly Alves, M.Ed, R.B.A. (ONT.), BCBA
Kelly is an independent consultant with various programs throughout Ontario. She is a faculty member in the Behavioural Science Diploma Program at Seneca College. Her areas of teaching expertise are Research Design, and Behavioural Interventions for Skill Acquisition and Behaviour Reduction. Kelly has over 20 years community-based experience designing, supervising and assessing behavioural programs for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families. Kelly is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Education, Policy and Leadership and is a Behavior Analyst registered with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario.
She recently co-authored the textbook, ASD in the Canadian Context. Her research interests include Parent Education; Staff Training and Curriculum Development.

Supervised Senior Therapists
Lesley Rogers, B.A., Psychology
Lesley is an educator and has extensive experience working with persons of all ages, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). She is passionate about the field of ABA and servicing the need for individualized services for families.
In addition to work as a volunteer, respite worker, therapist, foster carer to children with special needs, Lesley believes that learning is a life long process. She has an accomplished background in business, completed course work in the field of autism and Applied Behaviour Analysis, and is currently completing a masters degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis.
Maddy Minaret, M.A., ABA
Maddy has completed a masters degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis and has a passion for working with children.
Maddy is patient and caring and finds children progressing and reaching their goals the most rewarding part of her day. She strives to create a positive relationship between the children and their sessions. She entered the field of applied behaviour analysis after developing a passion for working with children with autism and other exceptionalities during her work and placement/volunteer positions.
In her spare time you can find her at the gym, going for runs, or relaxing with her dog at the cottage.
Kevin B., General Manager, Toronto/GTA and Durham Region
Kevin is a business leader with experience in operations and organizational leadership. Kevin has over 20 years experience in the financial and media industries and brings a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to his role. In his spare time Kevin can be found playing indoor and beach volleyball both recreationally and competitively.
Supervised Instructor Therapists
Our supervised instructor therapists have decades of collective experience in various capacities supporting children and youth with autism and other developmental disorders. They are committed to the journey of learning in the field of autism and Applied Behaviour Analysis and through their diverse education and experience they bring a wealth of knowledge and passion to their work.
TRAINING
All of our team members have clear CRCs, VSCs, and First Aid/CPR. They have extensive training and experience, including ongoing training, and enjoy opportunities for professional development and growth.
